Invest in Art!

A tattoo is one of the most personal expressions we have. It is art.
But unlike most art, a tattoo has no commercial value.

A commercial 'pricing' aspect only occurs when you 'buy' your tattoo: for sure the contestants like Stephan Murphy and Steve Tefft -the winner- at Ink Master's TV show now have higher prices.
That's the market: supply and demand.

Once you have a tattoo it's 'only' art.
You can't sell it, trade it like a painting or a sculpture.

You can show it off though; in daily life, at a tattoo show. For some of us, like  Mercedes Shavawn, there are magazines who want to pay you to be a model.
and for good reasons: sharing art with the ink community adds value.

Who cares it has no commercial value? It's not an investment to make money, but an investment in expression. A well done tattoo ages beautiful and always remembers you on the pleasure -or pain- related.

And you can't brake a tattoo, unlike art,  but you can ruin it. Not following the advice of the artist in the first week: disastrous. Brooklyn's Al Friction told me educational stories - like long showers when fresh tattooed- i will never forget.

A healed tattoo needs maintenance, just like you wax an antique cabinet.
Your skin needs to be nourished, to keep luster and softness. So moisturize.
May we kindly recommend TATTOO BOOSTER, organic skin care based on certified Argan oil.

You owe it to your tattoo: keep it vibrant, keep it smooth!
